And for Witches, you have another option called "Tuning" which is like battling their shadows think of Persona 4 where you fight against shadows and grow stronger, it's just like that. Doing this unlocks new skills, or status increases, so it is worth talking to others. During the game you have Mission time and Free time, where the Mission time is like the name suggests, you go out and fight enemies, while Free time gives you some time to converse with your allies. What I enjoyed more was the conversation between allies. This made the story too simple for me to enjoy. But the game makes it very easy to tell that people are hiding something, or that there's a mastermind behind it while the main characters are too stupid to know. I heard the main story was very well written and that was the only reason I bought the game. I almost threw my 3DS when I had to replay a stage 3 times and each time the battle was taking me hours to complete. But I noticed that it's at a much slower pace compared to other grid-based RPG I've played. If you're used other grid-based RPG games you will have no trouble adapting to Stella Glow. The game is a grid-based RPG with over 10 characters you can befriend and learn more about. Stella Glow was one of the best JRPG games I have played in years. Alto joins the 9th Regiment for the sole purpose of gathering the other Witches to stop Hilda. As Hilda is about to destroy Alto's hometown, he and Lisette are rescued by the Royal Knights and whisked back safely to the kingdom. But after the chance encounter, Hilda reveals she's the Witch of Destruction, determined to destroy the world with her Harbingers. One day, he hears a song coming from the forest (which is odd, since song has been absent on the planet for thousands of years), where he discovers the lone Hilda. As most reluctant heroes do, Stella Glow-protagonist Alto starts as a country boy in a small town. The game centers around Alto and his childhood friend Lisette as they try to stop Hilda the Witch of Destruction, and features unique "Song Magic." The game will contain English voices, but with the 20+ songs are in their original Japanese, performed by some of Japan's most beloved voice actresses. Stella Glow is strategy RPG for the Nintendo 3DS system developed by Image epoch (Luminous Arc franchise).
